Service Electronic Throttle Control

How i fix it or location where its problem at. I did replaced electronic throttle control and reset computer but nothing change. Its stalled and wont go over 10 mph please help.

I received this error a few times before a breakdown - turns out the wiring from the TIPM to my fuel pump had a break in it, and the inconsistent connection would flip out the ECU and kicking up the throttle code from time to time as well (that is, until the broken wire stayed broken for good). I was able to limp it up to about 40 or so though. Curious what you find out.
