Transmission shuts down running in rain

Has anyone had an issue while running in rain the trans sends an error code not to stop and drive to your destination.
Also trans goes into limp mode. I returned to my office, turn the fob off power will not shut down and key fob will not come out of the ignition.

Take a look under the truck for a loose or disconnected wiring harness. There is a big harness under the truck on the inside of the frame, about even with the driver door that's known to come loose and cause these types of problems.

Thanks for the advice. After "limping home dealer had truck 7 hrs. CEL for "fuel contamination" but fuel checked out fine. Dealer reflashed software with complete correction of problem and addition of some hose clamps to ? Air intake/? Fuel system.

I guess we will see if that fixed it. Drives like a dream again!
