Truck noises

I feel like my truck moans and groans a lot. I feel like I'm getting noise from the brakes, front suspension and possible other places. Left over 17 bought end of April. 11300 miles. It need to go to the dealer for the I think 4 at this point recalls. Anyone had any noise issues from their trucks? I feel like theres loose components on the brakes and suspension. Anything I should tell them to look at when I do take it in?

Could it be the brake calipers are partially seized from sitting too long before it was purchased? That can cause them to rattle when they are not applied.

It could be. I'm chalking it up to being my first ram for now.
