Anybody else notice right after an oil change the engine seems smoother and quieter? The eco doesnt sound as much like a diesel as it did yesterday.

Checked today for the tank. Truck calc is .3 higher than hand but we all know diesel is foamy so the extra I put in may have skewed that result.

What's the general consensus on removing or leaving that mass of foam under the plastic engine cover? Not worried about added noise I dont think but would like to prevent a fire. Also dont want to void my warranty.

Anybody else get a rapid ticking, clicking type noise on engine shut down? I hear it almost every time I turn the truck off on the drivers side. Not sure if it's a solenoid or what it might be. Doesnt seem to affect anything but it is kinda annoying. 2017 big horn.
