#5 Glow Plug

My Name is Gene I own a 2016 Ram 1500 Eco diesel I installed a egr cooler and when the job was complete the #5 Glow plug showed up as a bad glow plug and I don't have a cylinder order can someone help or is this bigger than just a glow plug.

That’s going to be on the drivers side of the motor in the center. Passenger side is 1-2-3 starting from front by grill to fire wall and drivers side is 4-5-6 starting at grill to firewall.
