Extended Emission Warranty for the 3.0L Diesel

Hi! Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get the Extended Emission Warranty 3.0L Diesel linked
to my ram 1500 diesel once the approved emissions modification(aem) is done to the vehicle?
I had this aem done on June 20 by an approved ram dealer, but this extended emission warranty
is still not link to my vehicle.
