Hello all I am new to the ecodiesel world. I am wanting to change my fuel filters before cold weather sets in. Most of my local parts store only carry one filter. I thought there were two. Any help would be appreciated

It really is that simple. Once done, cycle the key to listen to the pump prime the filter. The pump sound will stabilize and you're good to go! It's a 5 minute job.

Speaking of fuel filters...
Brought truck in for check engine light (unsure of code) this week. Their first move was to check fuel filter, which they told me was in such bad condition it fell apart.
What else should I be concerned about?
Also I’ve only driven truck less than 2000 miles. Do I have an argument that proper maintenance wasn’t done on filter before hand?
