Full emissions delete and state emissions inspection

Hey all,
So I am from Massachusetts and trying to decide if I am going (I 110% want to!) to do a full emissions system delete on my truck. My biggest question now will ultimately be the deciding factor, so if you live in a state with yearly OBD emissions inspections, how do you pass inspection every year? Does your tune fake out the inspection computer? Do you have to reinstall your emissions system and reflash for inspection every year and then uninstall it and reflash again?
