Gauge readings

I have wondered what are normal gauge readings? 2015 CC SLT w/8-speed trans. Towing 7k Travel trailer here and there, watching those gauge readings while knowing some of them are not actual.
coolant 220-230; oil temp hits 250 I start slowing down; trans temp also up, oil pressure falls off a bit. Never any indication of over temp or warning of limits. Book doesnt say much, nothing on this forum either?,
My sense is this is intended to be a commuter truck, light hauler, occasional towing. Not suited for long distance towing such as RV touring unless the rig is very light

Sounds about how mine runs pulling 18’ enclosed trailer with 3500# Monte Carlo in it. My trans temp tends to run lower when pulling than empty, but oil 230-250 and coolant 215-225 I’ve seen if I remember right
