I purchased this after it had a catastrophic engine failure, a long block was dealer installed, and I took possession with 38,010 miles. It now has 89,xxx miles on it and I just had the necessary "flashes" to comply with the class action lawsuit. It's only been a couple weeks so I don't have much to say about the mileage yet, but I sure hate the flat spot/bogging just off idle. I darned near got run over by a dump truck coming over the hill when I pulled out of my driveway.
I'm also wondering what parts they will really warranty (I have the list they gave me). The extended warranty didn't cover the particulate filter(aka catalytic converter, $2,300 dealer) or the heater inside of the DEF reservoir ($1,800 dealer).
It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

Well the list I provided is straight from the court ordered settlement documents so you can count on it unless your dealer is clueless. If that's the case you need to educate them.
