Has anyone changed transfer case clutch pack?

This winter I got stuck in a snowstorm and burned out the clutch pack in my bw44-44 transfer case. After finally finding the part number for the clutch pack instead of buying a new transfer case I had the dealership order one. I was wondering if anyone in this forum has changed one and wants to give any pointers before I start the job. I have found a post in another forum of somebody installing the gear conversation so I figured it should be a similar process.
