Hello All: I have a 2016 -Ram Eco diesel

I am new to the forum and not a happy owner. I loved my truck when I bought it new but shortly after started having problems like the Engine going out. The interior lights getting dim and the newest is the ac is not blowing cold and I can't trade it in because the dealership I purchased it from, Ron Carter- League City can not seem to get the recall parts from Chrysler sense October of last year. Sorry to be complaining. Just upset
