We are from Arizona and currently on a summer long get out of the heat RV trip. We submitted our claim forms by snail mail as it was easier for us to do. We have been informed by the settlement people that mail in forms take around 12 weeks to process while email submitted forms are processed much faster..great news. An 800 million dollar settlement and they have one person processing mailed in claims? not at all impressed
