I’m deleting my 2016 ecodiesel I ordered the egr delete kit and I’m trying to figure out where the plate with the three bolt holes that comes with the kit goes

If I put the plate with two holes on the top side of the tube is it nessary to put the three hole plate?

From the looks of the picture yes because the egr valve hooked up to the exhaust there

Ok thank you that helps a lot I see what I did I used the block plate (part E) to block off the up pipe from the turbo manifold do you think that will work or does the up pipe need to be removed and the three hole plate attach where the up pipe is removed from
