PCM P2002-00 Particulate Filter Efficiency Below Threshold
(Bank 1)- Active
PCM P2269-00 Water in Fuel Condition- Stored
PCM P016E-00 Closed Loop Fuel Pressure Control at Limit -
Pressure Too High- Stored
PCM P0088-00 Fuel Rail Pressure Too High - Bank 1- Active
PCM P1E0C-00 Empty Fuel Tank- Stored
INSPECTED EXHAUST SYSTEM AND FOUND EXCESSIVE SOOT BUILD UP
IN TAILPIPE INDICATING DPF IS CRACKED.
REMOVED FQS FROM INJECTION PUMP AND FOUND FUEL SYSTEM IS
CONTAMINATED WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE DIRT OR RUST. NO METAL
SHAVINGS FOUND IN FQS BORE AND CONTAMINATION IS NOT DUE TO
FAILURE OF THE INJECTION PUMP.
RECOMMEND COMPLETE FUEL SYSTEM AND REPLACE DPF.
