Hi i have a 2015 1500 lonestar the fuel pump went on it and its been sitting at tge dealer for over a month now waiting for a replacement. They are telling me now tgat it wont be in until april. They wont give me help with a loaner and im running short on rides to work any ideas on what my recourse is?

I would go outside of the dealer and contact FCA themselves. I don’t have their number anymore, but when they get involved the process will likely be sped up.
