I have a 2016 Ram Pro master motor home with a eco diesel it possibly has a bad head gasket the dealer said they might have to replace the entire engine it is still under warranty my question is that engine still available

No. Starts on day of Service ends on warranty date/Mileage, their are exception to this, but its the general rule.
