Brand new to the group. I' drove my 2015 Eco 4x4 off the lot in Nov of '15 and haven't been back until last month. Have 165,000 miles to date. I'm about to file an emissions claim. Is it worth it? My truck is a turd since returning from the dealership. I think they added the latest software against my explicit instructions not to. Went from 22 avg mpg to 18 and now I cant have door open when in gear.

File the claim. I did and it seems they are stalling with different ino needed.
I even sent copy of title, receipt of recall work completed, etc.
Now they want a picture of the sticker under the hood.
FCA hires morons.
