Noise in Dash

Hello, I have a noise inside the passenger side dash. Has anyone had this, if so, how did you fix it. Pretty sure its something with the AC/Fan system. I usually only hear it when the truck is powered off and sometimes when it first comes on with the AC running. Its kinda a like a knocking or creeking sound. Hard to describe in text. Thanks for your feedback.

Switch the recirc on and off and see if that's what is making the noise, 90%of the time it's a stripped out actuator, . The new designed actuator doors normally are ok and all it will need is the actuator.. old design it's usually a broken door.
Both repairs require removing/ rolling back the dashboard to repair.
