Oil change smoother running

Anybody else notice right after an oil change the engine seems smoother and quieter? The eco doesnt sound as much like a diesel as it did yesterday.

I've noticed it on almost everything I've driven. Doesn't last long but noticeable for a few days.

I can't say I've noticed a difference... but, I would bet the diesel would say it feels better..

My wife says she cant notice a difference when I change the oil in her 2018 pacifica but I always notice the vehicles I've had run smoother for a few days.

Not to mention a little faster after a wash & wax. I think it's psychological.
