How many miles are on your truck? What kind of service duty has it seen? The normal service duty is 10,000 miles but most people seem inclined to increase that frequency somewhat. I do 7500 miles and a fuel filter each time.
Consider having an Oil Analysis done by a lab each oil change. You can monitor your oil for engine wear or unwanted trace elements that might indicate issues.
I am sure there are numerous places to have the analysis done but there are several popular and reputable mail in labs that are pretty reasonable.
