Oil seepage from head

I have been looking at low mileage (30k-40k miles) 2015-2017 Ram1500 Ecodiesels and have noticed that all I have taken a hard look at have a similar issue. The front of the engine always seems to have a dirt-oil build-up. When I trace the source of the oil seepage it seems to be coming from the drivers side head (the front of the cam cover).
Is this a common problem?
Is it really a problem or just a minor issue that is small in relation to all the other potential issues (EGR cooler, oil cooler, sensors and regen)?
Is this a show stopper in terms of purchase?
Thanks in advance for the group’s collective knowledge.

So a non-issue and not an indicator of anything major going on? I understand that a centrifugal oil separator lives in this area also. Possibly something associated with that?

The timing chain cover tends to seep on the ecodiesel and is likely what you are seeing.
