P0191 - CEL: Need help 131500 miles

Changed fuel filter to no avail, still getting CEL with P0191 not seeing any of the symptoms: dies, hard to start, no reduction in MPG. What is the next step, should i be concerned?

The DTC chart says fuel rail pressure sensor circuit/performance, based on that I would change the sensor.
