I recently got the engine idiot light and when I plugged in the reader if read: P0673 code, glow plug circuit open in cylinder #3. Per a few posts in this forum it looks to be a straight forward repair, however tedious to ensure you don't break off the glow plug in the head.
But my concern is that this failure seems to be fairly common for the #3 cylinder glow plug, as there are posts in other forums as well. Does this type of failure affect other cylinders' glow plugs?
