Security bypass cable

Hey ecodiesel Ram world trying to find a answer for this alfa obd and the obd mx for my 2018 ram ecodiesel does anyone know if these 2 products work on are ecodiesels and if i need a security bypass cable. I would like to play with DRL and getat belt chimes deleted. I saw on YouTube this dude BIG DADDY'S HOUSE playing with these units seems pretty cool but he's doing it on a ram 2015 thanks Cheers

Did the items that they have on YouTube not take care of this? Of course it worked on my 2015 Eco....
