Turbo exhaust side flange bolt torque and gasket sealer

Dealer said I had a gasket leak on the turbo. DTC P20EE.
I am replacing the gasket on the exhaust flange myself. Should I use a gasket sealer on the gasket? Also, what is the torque value for the 3 new nuts on the new studs?
