I’m thinking throttle valve maybe. Or swirl valves in intake. That’s just my intuition off the top of my head. It sounds like everything is good, they’re just not communicating with each other. You might just need to take it to the dealer and have them flash the ecm again.
Nothing really to elaborate, but I’ve heard of it happening on an eco diesel. Not sure what it was that degraded the filter or if it was a subpar filter, but it clogged up a guys Fuel injection system and from what he said he maintained it well.

I can tell you, clean your MAP sensor and EGR diffuser tube. Keep them clean! I’d also take the oil pan off an remove any sludge you can find at some point.
I’m new too. I’ve got a 16’ Ram with 155K that I’ve had since 19. Had emission problems right after I got it. Got that squared away. I put an intake tube on it from CFT. Will be doing the delete as soon as I get the parts from EOC. Any maintenance/performance suggestions from the vets on here? Thx!
