Hello and Welcome to your first warranty repair

Northern Ontario Canada here. The cold weather front and block heater does nothing. I filed complaint with FCA and they will not provide loaner vehicle. They tell me to drive it and bring it back to get codes cleared as required. Getting very frustrated, it's a gamble every morning to see if I...

RECALL R51 - FCA Recommends a Winter Front Cover for Colder Climates with EcoDiesels

They have something similar in Canada, but not called "Lemon Law" I have definitely been reading up on it. The information isn't as clear as that unfortunately. Almost need a Lawyer to read the information and decode the conditions. In any case, I also really enjoy the truck. It is definitely a...

Lucky my had to bum a ride to work today because I bought a new truck that's busted. If you get a chance post their...

    Hello Everyone

Cooler is creating condensation and once accumulated enough puts truck into limp mode. Last time dealer told me they drained it but expect it to return. So i did yesterday, going back to the dealers tomorrow. Winter front don't seem like a fix to me.

RECALL R51 - FCA Recommends a Winter Front Cover for Colder Climates with EcoDiesels

My 2017 came with grill cover and it ain't dong a thing. It's freezing up, condensation getting created and eventually puts it into limp mode. 2x so far only 6 weeks of use.
