    Battery light always on

    I have a 2015 ecodiesel ram bighorn latest problem was a dead battery replaced the battery still had battery issue. Replaced the alternator that was only showing 9v output, now truck says it's low battery and also shows 13 volts what gives? This isn't an intermittent issue it's always the same...
