Okay, I decided to give them a try and ordered a set of black spike lugs from Amazon.
Just like these ones, but I will not tell what the brand is, as I haven't received them yet and cannot say whether they are good or not.
So, once I install them and drive for a week or 2, I will let you folks...

Does anyone drive with spike lug nuts on their Ram?
If so, what's the brand you guys picked?
I want to grab a set for my aftermarket wheels, yet I have never driven with spike lugs nuts so far, that's why I have got several concerns.
1) I want to make sure they are street legal...
I also plan lifting my truck by 6 in I guess. So apart of the lift kit you say it's better to grab a skid plate to avoid mpg losses? I haven't thought of it yet, though sounds legit from the aerodynamic point of view. I was planning to keep my wheels and tires for now, just do the suspension job...
