Cleaning the def injector is fairly easy. Pretty much below the passenger seat. It held on by a clamp. Remove it and soak in water might need a pick to remove all the material. Also, need to clean the material from the port on the exhaust as well. As far as the p200 code, a new intake is needed...

Depending on the year of your ED, might have to contact your dealership and have the high pressure injection pump recall performed if you haven't done so. You'll get a new pump and if they determine the injectors have been damaged, they will replace them as well and update the ECU with all new...

If it the swirl valve motor that's the issue, it is fastened to the bottom of the intake. The wiring connector for it is right behind the water pump.

If it is the plug on the drivers side attached to the top of the oil pan, it is the crankshaft position sensor wire. The turbo oil drain line is pressed into a rubber grommet and the pressure line is a banjo bolt next to it just above the transmission
