My guess is they rushed the drain process of the oil change, not draining all the old oil then filled it with the recommended amount of oil . I recently did my oil and it took an hour for all of the oil to drain from the pan. Just kept dripping and dripping until it was empty.
Following. My 2018 just started doing something similar, screen randomly turning to static once in a while when backing up, turning truck off and back on seemed to fix it. Last week my radio completely shut off for no reason. Definitely something going on here.
