I had throttle control warning, first dealer said turbo was shot, $5000 replacement. 😱Fortunately limped it home to my local dealer, they fixed it for $800, can’t remember exactly what they did, sorry, I’m not at home with the paperwork now. Good lduh, hope you get it resolved.
I did the same things a few years ago, only put in about a gallon before I realized it. Didn’t even attempt to start so nothing made it into fuel lines. Had it towed to mechanic and he drained the tank, not sure if he pumped it or dropped the tank. Filled back up and started, but still drained...
Update: Temper126, you’re 100% correct. Got a second opinion today at different dealer and they correctly diagnosed as boost leak from hoses, they replaced hoses and sensors and had me out of there in 1 1/2 hours and less than $1000. Glad I came back to my local dealer and got a corret...
