Success story....sort of.... Got the EcoDiesel approved up grade on 7-9 May 2019.... Got the $3075 incentive upon submission being approved..... Over the next 612 days truck was in the shop (worst was three times for 6+ weeks each) for 209 days, every sensor replaced multiple times, two air...

Perhaps the dealers have gotten their "marching orders" to not cover ANYTHING under warranty that is irregular or improperly repaired. If it is part of the DEF system it is covered under the recall warranty. Look at a blowup of the def system from MOPAR and if the wire is there it is covered.

The only thing that I know from the Recall Lawyers office is that since the recall started they have submitted about 58 trucks for buyback. FCA has not responded to a single buyback filing. I have sent a "buyback packet" to the recall lawyers under the terms of the Consent Decree, (what all parties legally agreed to do) Paragraph 45...

Thanks :)

Ran really sluggish after that. Dealer said was normal for the upgrade. On a drive to Wyoming it lost nearly all...

My 2015 RAM 1500 ecodiesel has been in the shop since being 'upgraded' in excess of a cumulative of TEN weeks in the last five months ! Two dealers have been unable to fix it so that it will run with normal power. I have initiated the buyback option as listed in the Consent Decree Para.45 sec. d...
