The Electronic Fuel RAIL Pressure Regulator if that's what you want to call it (LV, PRV, RV, ) is located on driver side front of Rail... the electronic RVs are a PITR, and NEVER should have been installed ( on any DSL HPCR) IMO, the Mechanical ( LV, PRV, RV ) are less cost and easily replaced...

Your problem is VM Motori Cento Italy and Fiat, NOT RAM, Plus the VM 3.0 has a history of failures dating back 10 Years, Being a DSL does NOT = longevity. Should have sold back in 2015 before the cat was out of the bag. 1000s of former owner's traded or sold their VM 3.0 between 2015-17...
