    Mine was fine but it was part of the exploration to get my truck running and clear codes. Make sure the line has suction going into the solenoid (flapper) on the back of the EGR cooler. Also test the plunger on the back side with the lever to make sure it moves freely. If that is failing and...

    You also may have to check the DPF Pressure Sensor. I just returned one as that was my next piece of the puzzle but the EGR valve was my issue.

    Did you already check the solenoid? Check the line to make sure there is vacuum and then the plunger on the EGR cooler to make sure it moves freely.
