Changed Oil, Oil Filter and Fuel Filter. Wont Prime and Start

Hello, Basically what the title says, fuel filter clicked in, no leaking fuel, oring was good and in place. Primed it about 20 times, still no start. Any Ideas

Well the obvious thing would be to try anther fuel filter or take out, reinstall, and try again!
