Mine is doing the same thing, I've tried doing the Regen with the Alfa but it's been regenning for 45 minutes now and the throttlecontrol light just keeps flashing like it's not letting it perform correctly.

Are you sure it's not just a bad ground or low battery? If you have a battery that is on the way out the lower power can cause sensors to get varying readings and cause messages and cel to come on.

In most cases after deleting, "Service Electronic ThrottleControl" (NO MIL) was not handle correctly in the Delete Tuning... Also check all connections under the hood and Dash.
