    Did mine in about 8hrs. Had to cut down a torq bit and use a 1/4" wrench on it to remove the back driver side bolt from intake. That was the worst part.

    Keep an eye out for coolant leaks. Turbo coolant line under intake manifold is a problem area. At first it will exhibit itself as a coolant smell.

    Dealer suggest new engine

    Turbocharger coolant return line under intake manifold? Just had to replace mine in march. At first I thought it was egr, but was doing full delete and egr cooler was fine. No need to pull cab-remove intake and replace hose. 70year old man, took about 12-14 hrs to do. Replace with HTHP silicone.

    About to tune, double check my logic

    2014 4x4 eco. 167K .Deleted and tuned in Feb. HPFP recall will be done at next oil change. 3" back to muffler, egr removed, stock intake manifold with swirl valves removed. My typical avg. mpg on paper is in the 19-20 mpg. 1400 trip in July avg. mpg was 23-24. My milage is a direct result of...

    2014 3.0L has faint anti-freeze smell at front of truck .

    I can see no sign of a leak,( can't get my inspection camera to see anything), but reservoir drops. Cannot find any wet spots, oil clean of any moisture. no steam anywhere. Can't figure it out. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
