    Engine / Turbo noise only at 2000 rpm

    Hello, my Ram is making a fluttering sound only at 2000 rpm. When I increase / decrease throttle it immediately goes away. AI is telling me it could be anything from a loose heat shield to the VGT vanes or actuator. Any real experience and advise is greatly appreciated! 2018 Ram ED, love this truck!
