    Thats great news on the MPG. I have a 2001 ram 2500 diesel and get 21-22 on the freeway around town it gets 15-16. I almost got another 2500 diesel but I needed a little better fuel mileage so I went with the ecodiesel, hope that was the right choice.

    hypermiling ecodiesel

    I have about 15000 miles on mine right now and for the total amount of miles I got 26.6mpg so far. I run a 795 mile trip two to three times a mouth at 73-75 mph with the cruse on. My best for a tank is 29.5mpg. So far I'm really happy with this truck, best I have owned so far.

    Ok I am new here and have read through this thread. So Shawn said that he was lucky that he didn't float the valves and ruin his motor because of the HPFP gear slipped on the cam right? Well from the video that was posted it looked to me that the timing gear for the cam was behind the HPFP gear...
