I've read various claims by the tuner manufacturers that warranty is not effected. Some owners simply remove them when their vehicle when the bring it in for service of repair.

Boost, I traded in my 2005 1500 Laramie quad cab. It was solar yellow same color as the Rumble Bee. The motor was a 5.7 hemi with a cold air system, Gibson side exhaust and a superchips tuner. I miss the truck, but, I don't miss the 12mpg.

I just ordered a pair of Hellwig airbags that will replace the rear coil springs and support the larger load associated with the pulling of my 10k# toyhauler. I had another brand on my 2005 Ram that provided good service and handling while keeping the truck level.
I had a hardcover on my last 2005 Ram, it was good. But this time around I got the Truxedo Tru Sport roll up. I really like it due to its versatility. I would be concerned that a dog under a hard cover may not get enough air circulation.
