I have had this experience three times now. I have filed a complaint with the NHTSA and FCA.

They have an attorney assigned to follow the progress of the flash...
I also sent an email to the lead counsel firm in the original AEM lawsuit. The attorney assigned to follow up on the AEM issues is Wilson Dunlavey. His email is [email protected] or call the firm at 415-956-1000 ext. 2241 is his legal assistant.

So, the throttle lag is not a laughing matter.... it is a serious issue ! To those of us who have experienced the “pucker factor” because there was no throttle response will GREATLY disagree.
I agree that all NEED to file a complaint with the NHSTA and contact the Lieff Cabraser law firm...

I have the same issues and have filed a complaint with FCA and the NHSTA. I also made contact with Wilson Dunlavey. He is an attorney with Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein. This is the lead counsel that oversaw the original class action suit. I was told by the local firm, they are...

These forums are so funny... some take a simple question or comment and want to throw a twist or jab. Wonder how John came up with his 108,000 figure? That would mean that there are 109091 EcoDiesel owners.
Before anyone comments.... 99 % of 109091is 108000.08...
I reached out to one of the law firms that is part of the original lawsuit and shared our issue.

I told the service advisor that my truck drove totally different since the recall had been done. I introduced him to the EcoDieselRam.com website and asked that he read the numerous...
Thank goodness I am not the only one rattling cages after the AEM Recall.
Another step is to file a complaint with the NHSTA at safercar.gov.
They too will assign a case # and actually reply to you. I explained that this is more than a performance issue..... IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.
There are several threads on issues experienced after the AEM.... I too have the sluggish, low power acceleration-
All that post should also file a complaint with the NHTSA at safercar.gov.
This is more than a performance issue ..... it is a SAFETY ISSUE. Many have almost had accidents...
I usually don’t rattle boxes, but I think the AEM recall is totally UNFAIR to EcoDiesel owners! There are too many having them same issue.....
I filed a complaint with safercar.gov (NHTSA) and got a follow up from Katiuska Arias
([email protected]).
The more EcoDiesel owners...
