You May want to read the settlement close. When you accept the terms of the settlement you waive any rights in a related suit.

Thank goodness I am not the only one rattling cages after the AEM Recall. Another step is to file a complaint with the NHSTA at safercar.gov. They too will assign a case # and actually reply to you. I explained that this is more than a performance issue..... IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE.

There are several threads on issues experienced after the AEM.... I too have the sluggish, low power acceleration- All that post should also file a complaint with the NHTSA at safercar.gov. This is more than a performance issue ..... it is a SAFETY ISSUE. Many have almost had accidents...
