I have an '18 which was not affected by the recall but have the exact same issue, very poor acceleration when cold. Dangerous even. No help from the dealership. I'm thinking of trading it for an older cummins, won't get the same mileage but would have way more power!
I have an 18 with 17k miles. The memory seats, garage door opener have not worked since I picked it up. It also is super gutless when I first start driving it. Dealer can't seem to get any of it fixed. I wished I had bought the hemi.
I have an '18, which is not covered under the lawsuit, that has exhibited these same symptoms since day 1. I have just under 18k miles on it and have almost been in a couple accidents because it falls on it's face pulling into traffic. Once it's warm, it typically does well.
