2015.....yes I went round with dealer about oil....dealer says one thing.....online another....call FCA....ECT.. John I see that on differing feeds you tend to turn subject away from the harm people seem to be experiencing. You have stated you have had no problems with your unit. You work for...
We should not have to knock on wood sir. We should just get a quality built and backed product . That's what we paid for. I come from a time when you could get a new home in a nice neighborhood for under $20,000. There were no recalls on vehicles. So I look in my driveway and see 2 houses worth...
That may be however I am relaying what the dealership has instructed. Oil specks have changed 2 or three times since I purchased this truck. Dealer only service.
I only want or expect what I paid for. Why should I go backwards on this deal. You mean to tell me you are not outraged by what FCA has done. They you have been treated as a consumer. I am not trying to be an as....but do you work for FCA,DODGE,CHYSLER...ECT?
I know that......So they all ready expect breakdowns! Is that a fix. !!!? I can feel much better when it brakes down!? Maybe when I am on a road trip. Tow Bill's, rental, down time
..ect. We are not getting what we paid for!
No you may want to reread. I said every 10 trucks....over time.....total cost of ownership....down time....ect. I am not getting what I paid for...and I continue to not get what I paid for. I don't even have 23,000 miles on this 2015 truck. Afraid to get to far away from home or a dealership in...
Brother I feel you! But the code change was/is mandatory. There will be no plates or tags in future without it. Truth is WE NEVER GOT WHAT WE PAID FOR/WERE SOLD.....NEVER. WE HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED! FACT. This can not stand!
I have a 2015 ecodiesel, got new in 2015. 18000 miles later on fresh oil (second) and fuel filter change complete engine fail....main bearing. 5.5 month fix....no loaner. Under warranty. Big deal! Would rather have a honest product....you know what I paid for....what I was sold! Good luck...
With the cost of your $$$$ecodeisel$$$$ + ins.+out of pocket cost+ down time + extended warranty it would not be to crazy to say that every 10 of these trucks (cost of ownership) has cost $one million dollars to their owners since 2014. The code fix is crap....take more time off and take back to...
