Understood which is why I specifically replied to someone who had the tune and other parts I was looking into purchasing from HDDS. I also couldn’t find any videos of this specific set up online hence why I’m asking. So in your terms do you know how “clean” the HDDS tunes is?
With this kit how is the soot out of the tailpipe? As a new owner of a used Ecodiesel that is already at the dealer for the egr cooler failing and melting the intake over thanksgiving weekend I am now considering going this route. My main dilemma is that with all of the recent crack downs...
I would hope that they will replace the intake as part of the recall...but I guess the only thing I can do for now is wait and see. Was going to play it by ear with tuning and what not but with this this scare went ahead and pulled the trigger on a tune just now, especially given the recent EPA...
