2014 eco diesel i just picked up for $5000 , non running, pan removed and started, purchased egr delete, purchased dpf delete, need help finding a pro

I need to get my eco diesel ecu programed for a egr delete and and a dpf delete also have my eyes on the banks intake to delete the moving intake runners built up with carbon.
