90k miles. Two days ago my truck started taking a lot longer to start. I thought it was strange but it had been so rainy so chocked it up to dampness? After it started I had to make a few short trips and always started right back up. Didn’t think anything about it. Then on second or third day same thing but threw SETC error. I have a “Fixed” scanner and it pulls P0299 code. I have sent it to shop for assessment but not sure what to expect. I have heard of this Service Bulletin. Does this updating fix everything?

Po299 it seems to b turbo underboost
Yeah I realized the turbo underboost and just how many things could cause this. That’s why I was curious about Service bulletin because if it’s simply programming it should be an easy fix.

They will start throwing parts at it from all the others that posted that code I don't think any of them got a fix from an update
