2016 ram ecodiesel issues with def system please help

Hey guys my name is Rodney I have been a mechanic for 30 years and have worked on everything from cars to locomotives. I have a 2016 ram ecodiesel and it has displayed the code p208A and showed truck won’t restart in 57 kms.
I have changed the injector and the def pump keep in mind I had a used pump, now I get a code for pressure to low and took the line of and nothing comes out.
I do hear a click from the pump and that’s it. Any help would be appreciated.
