8 speed trans. fluid change

My manual doesn't say a thing about trans. service interval. Does anyone know what Ram or ZF recommends?

Ram says lifetime. ZF says differently. 80,000 to 120,000 km or after eight years at the latest.

Says good for ZF Lifeguard 8 transmissions and a hell of a lot less costly then ZF oil...

Just go to ZF website if i recall 60,000 miles, i do mine at 45000 and use ZF fluid
